Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. We ship from Toronto, Canada.

Canada — Standard: 5–10 business days / Express: 2–3 business days

United States — Standard: 7–14 business days

International — Standard: 14–30 business days depending on destination

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after pickup.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We have no control over them and cannot predict the amount.

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, Counterfeit Money is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at c0unt3rf31tm0n3y@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
